We will provide an estimate of the cost for all parts of the job and will inform you if we find anything that may alter the price such as any previous damage discovered during the cleaning process.

We ask for full payment upon completion of the work.

Yes. We offer free estimates / quotes for all our work. Just complete the form by clicking on the “Get a Free Estimate” button in the menu bar at the top of the page.

We review your property either using Google Maps for basic requirements, or we will visit the property to gather more detail to ensure our quotes reflect the level of work involved.

We prefer to engage with you directly and not via insurance companies. We are happy to provide detailed estimates for the work involved which you can submit to your insurance company for their approval.

Once the work has been approved by them, we will perform the work and invoice you for payment. It is up to you to then request these funds from your insurance company.

We take pride in our work and want to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. If there are any issues arising after we have completed the work to the specifications as agreed, we will work to rectify them. We have had no issues to-date.

If we uncover repairs needed during our work and our repair suggestions are declined, we cannot guarantee that there will be no further issues such as leaks and deterioration over time.

Please note that the estimates / quotes provided are used to agree the scope of the work involved as well as the cost. Any changes requested by you or recommended by us will be subject to a review and / or a change to the cost estimate.
